When faced with pain, we often turn to quick fixes for relief, only to find the pain returning. My goal is to help you find lasting relief by exploring and understanding where your pain originates. I work with individuals to make sense of unexplainable anxiety, depression, and unwanted behaviors, guiding them toward building the life and relationships they envision. Through a nurturing therapeutic environment, I help people move toward greater emotional, relational, and spiritual wholeness.
