Paul is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee under the supervision of Ricky Jackson, M.S., LMFT, #MFT83813, and is currently completing his Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, where he majored in Film Production and minored in Psychology. Before transitioning into the mental health field, Paul worked on several short films and a feature documentary, primarily as a producer, unit production manager, and post-production assistant. In those roles, he often found himself supporting the emotional well-being of those around him. Navigating personalities, managing stress, and fostering collaboration inspired his shift toward clinical training.
Paul brings a grounded and relational approach to therapy. He believes that meaningful change begins in safe and supportive relationships where clients can reflect, heal, and grow. His style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that each person holds a unique story worth honoring and exploring.
Paul is especially interested in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and is committed to honoring the complexity of each client’s journey. Through curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, Paul strives to create a space where clients feel empowered to deepen their self-understanding.
