I have spent the last 20 years understanding the challenges faced during various life stages spanning from childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, mid-life, and beyond. My experience spans working with individuals, families, organizations, and churches. Most recently, as a Psychological Associate, I have specialized in working with adolescents and their families who have experienced complex and developmental trauma. As an executive coach, I supported leaders with emotional intelligence, anger management, confidence, maximizing strengths, identity, authenticity, and developing strong relationships and team cultures.

I am a Psychological Associate #PSB94028581 working under the supervision of Dr. Andrea Forbes, Licensed Psychologist #PSY23101. My educational background includes an MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology with a focus on the integration of psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality.
