Most people experience some type of mental health struggle in their lifetime. If you are stressed-out, anxious, angry, feeling stuck, depressed, or wrestling with interpersonal relationships, I will work to support you in fostering mental wellness, emotional resilience, and relational peace.

If you are dealing with a work or career problem, my experience as an executive coach and as a business consultant has positioned me to assist you with issues such as work stress, overachieving, career growth and transitions, leadership development, workplace dynamics and work/life harmony.

Beyond the years of providing lay counseling within a church environment, I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration and am currently completing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

My work is informed by research on the Mind/Body Connection.

I also speak and train on Brain Health, Performance, and Longevity, Relationships, Christian Mental Health, and Leadership.

I will provide you with confidential, professional, and non-judgmental support.
