For so many different reasons, life can be painful, paralyzing, demoralizing or simply overwhelming. When this happens, it’s normal for our bodies and minds to feel, think, and behave in ways that don’t seem sustainable or make everything seem stuck.

I’ve found that therapy can be an amazing way to join with someone in a safe, supportive environment to help navigate through the many twists and turns of life. If given the opportunity, I would be honored to join alongside you as a therapist to understand what makes you, YOU, and move together through whatever difficulty you’re experiencing.

I’ve found this approach ultimately moves clients towards peace and understanding and often new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
