Sydney Crigler is a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee under the supervision of Ricky Jackson, M.S., LMFT(#MFT83813). Sydney is currently pursuing her Masters degree at Antioch University in Los Angeles. Sydney is extremely passionate about helping others as that has been a passion of hers for the majority of her professional career. She desires to help individuals find comfort and resourcefulness when in the midst of the storms and the challenges experienced in life.
Sydney has had a passion for therapy from a very young age, as she finds that change is possible through transformation of the mind, body and spirit. She has a passion for working with individuals, couples, children and families. She strives to provide an environment for her clients that encourages safety, transparency, comfort and dignity. Sydney’s goal is to assist her clients in growing through life’s challenges while also assisting the client in reflecting on the importance of victories of any size and having grace for one’s self. She is passionate about deconstructing the inner critic and wants her clients to feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
