Michelle Hanson, M.A.

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Kelsey Sima, M.A., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #MFT118483. I hold a Master’s degree in marriage, family, and child counseling from Hope International University.

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relationships, life transitions, and personal challenges. I am passionate about treating all clients with unconditional positive regard.

Being a part of the firefighter family since 2001, I am aware of the unique challenges firefighters and their families face. I have extensive experience with attention deficit disorder and autism, helping children, teens, and young adults manage emotions, develop a positive growth mindset, and make more satisfying connections with those around them. My experience has been as a teacher, social skills coach, and now therapist.

My goal is to empower you with tools and insights to create positive change in your life and relationships.
