Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
There are times life can become overwhelming and you need extra support. It takes a special kind of strength to ask for help. The simple fact that you are on this page is commendable and a significant first step! My goal in our work together is to nurture your growth and healing for a more fulfilling life. I look to create an authentic environment of warmth, respect, and safety to foster healing and self-discovery. It would be my privilege to walk with you through the ups and downs of life.
I am passionate about first-generation immigrant issues and working with individuals through family conflict. As a first generation Mexican American, I can relate to the difficulties that can come with navigating individuality within a collectivist culture. As a Spanish speaker, I am also passionate about making therapy accessible for Spanish speaking clients.
