Being asked how you’re doing has simply become a greeting, and if you’re like me, the answer is usually ‘good, how are you’. But sometimes we’re not ‘good’. There are just some things in life that are robbing us of joy and peace or that feel overwhelming. I provide a safe, non-judgmental place where you can actually say the truth, be heard, and be validated. Collaboratively we will explore your thoughts, faith, feelings, and experiences, to gain a deeper understanding of yourself/others to create a more abundant life.
For couples, whatever brings you here, I could imagine that underneath the pain, hurt, goals or presenting challenges, is a longing for respect and/or love, and to feel known and accepted. I am skilled and passionate to partner with you both to cultivate a space for each partner to be equally heard, validated, and supported.
It is a gift to discover that revealing ourselves authentically (to ourselves or in relationships) has the potential to bring change, healing, and connection rather than harm. Through transformative experiences, insight, and tools, I walk alongside individuals, couples, and families to gain understanding, heal, and experience deeper levels of wholeness, intimacy, and connection.
Christina leads a Young Adult Women’s Ministry and serves in the Women’s Ministry at her church, where she loves community and witnessing healing, wholeness, and freedom.
