Have you felt weighed down by anxiousness or feelings of inadequacy? Have you experienced overwhelming sadness or as if the color is missing from your everyday experiences? Do you want to feel unstuck but find it difficult to take necessary steps to level up? Having the courage to talk to someone is a brave first step. You are more than your anxious thoughts, traumatic experiences or short comings. You are more than your sadness, disappointments or failed relationships. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties, build a meaningful plan of action in order to make the desired adjustments towards living your life out loud and on purpose.

In therapy, the goal is to explore these issues in a safe, nurturing and loving space that allows for growth and recognizes the importance of developing self love, self acceptance and self appreciation.

I draw from a rich professional background working in the non profit mental health sector and corporate arena. I know the challenges of maintaining a healthy work life balance while raising a family and building a career. I hold a Bachelors of Psychology from UCLA. I’m completing my Masters in Clinical Psychology from CBU, Cal Baptist University. I am supervised by Kelsey Sima, LMFT #118483.

It’s my goal to show up as the best version of myself to help you as you embark on your introspective journey. I’d love to come alongside and help you on your masterpiece journey.
