Imani’s therapeutic philosophy centers on fostering a compassionate and growth-oriented environment for clients to explore their inner worlds. She encourages clients to approach their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity and kindness, promoting self-awareness and acceptance. By integrating mindfulness practices, Imani helps clients develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity.

For those clients who desire faith to be included in treatment, Imani incorporates biblically informed cognitive therapies, providing clients with a space to delve into the connections between their spiritual beliefs and mental health. This approach empowers clients to find strength and meaning in their healing journey. By offering practical strategies for cultivating self-compassion, strengthening relationships, and enhancing emotional well-being, Imani supports clients in building a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Her work emphasizes the importance of nurturing self-compassion, deepening self-awareness, and fostering healthy relationships.

Imani is pursuing her master’s degree in clinical counseling at Eastern University. She is supervised by Kelsey Sima, LMFT #118483.
