Joanne Weidman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at La
Vie, working with individuals, couples, and families, including
young adult women and individuals in the entertainment industry.
“We are called to be in relationship, but many people struggle
with intimacy. We want to get close, but fear that we will be
required to compromise ourselves to get what we want and need.

Ms. Weidman has led anger management classes and codependence
support groups in addition to frequently teaching at local
churches on subjects integrating theology and psychology. She is
a consultant for Hollywood Connect, an organization which equips
Christians in the entertainment industry. She is a graduate of
Pennsylvania State University and Fuller Theological Seminary.
Ms. Weidman also serves as La Vie's Director of Professional
Development.
