Latonya Stephens is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee under
the supervision of
Joanne Weidman, LMFT and
Dr. Curtis Miller. Latonya has been working with youth,
young adults and couples for 15 years in church settings.
Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress
management, parenting, marital therapy, women’s and
relationship, adolescence and children issues. She promotes
spiritual, physical and mental health in a peaceful, supportive
and respectful environment.
Latonya Stephens has a B.A. degree in Psychology from the
University of Detroit Mercy and is presently completing her
Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and
Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. She is a licensed
Evangelist and has served as a Young Adult Pastor, Youth
Counselor and is a Certified Group Facilitator.
