Margaret Lauren has been seeing clients at La Vie since 2003 and
is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
She works with adults and couples helping them to deal with
relationship issues as well as the anxiety, depression and anger
that often accompany them. She helps clients improve their
relationships through individual, couple and family therapy.
Margaret describes her approach as eclectic, including
cognitive, psychodynamic, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and
Family Systems Therapy to help her clients begin to process and
understand their patterns of thoughts and behavior. She strives
to create a safe and supportive environment that helps promote
psychological and spiritual growth and physical health.
Margaret received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology and Marriage
and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
