I believe that each of us is on our own journey–a journey with a unique purpose, specific struggles and personal triumphs. Although our journey is uniquely our own, we are people who are designed to be in relationship with our Creator, with others and ourselves. It is from these relationships that our lives have fuller meaning and purpose. Also from these relationships may come some of our deepest hurts and unmet longings. I work from an Intersubjective framework to facilitate the process where individuals, couples and families find support in the healing of emotional pain and develop new ways of thinking and integrating life experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your life, but sometimes may get stuck in unhealthy repetitive patterns. With the insight gained from the work we do together you are able to make the changes you are seeking and develop more fulfilling and loving relationships.
