Do you feel stuck? Dissatisfied with life? Do you see patterns in yourself or your family that you can’t seem to change? Experience emotions that are confusing, overwhelming, or don’t experience many emotions at all? If you relate to any of those questions consider therapy as a way to catalyze change in your life.
As an agent of change, Kelsey helps her clients create the life and relationships they want by aiding them in identifying and overcoming emotional and mental barriers. She is passionate about helping people become more emotionally, relationally, and spiritually whole through the nurturing environment that is therapy. Kelsey completed her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University in 2014 and is currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the clinical supervision of Leonore Cash, M.A., #MFT38052. She has training in attachment-based couples therapy from Milan and Kay Yerkovich, the authors of How We Love. She also is certified in Prepare Enrich, a premarital curriculum and assessment tool.
Outside of the world of therapy Kelsey has years of experience with children in school, ministry, and childcare settings. Kelsey has a passion for creative arts and received her bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts at Vanguard University of Southern California before pursuing the field of psychology. Kelsey grew up as a pastor’s kid and has inherited a desire to walk with people who want to develop their relationship with God through therapy.
