NICOLE FILIPE, M.A.
I’m interested in identifying the strengths in individuals, couples, or families, striving to find what serves each person, and conversely, what doesn’t. My goal is to work toward lasting and positive change so people can live their best lives. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues including premarital counseling, life transitions, career changes, self-esteem issues, shame, and trauma. I am certified in Prepare/Enrich and have done advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
After getting my degree in Business Administration from USC, with a specialization in International Relations, I worked in marketing and product development. I know firsthand the joys and challenges the business sector can bring and the power that history and context have in shaping one’s life.
I am currently a graduate student at Pepperdine. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Leonore Cash, M.A., MFT, #MFT38052.
