Personal therapy can be the awakening of the deepest parts of you that when voiced, might feel like fractured pieces, airing their truth for the first time. These parts take you back in time to the moments that eclipsed your healthy development. I strive to provide a safe, comforting, and non-judgmental presence that allows you to speak your stories, reconnect with your intuitive self, freely discover your passions, uncover epiphanies, break through areas where you feel stuck, find and protect your true worth, and embark on a journey of true healing. My clients dream the impossible and achieve them daily. For couples therapy, I customize therapy that is unique for the couples’ presenting issues. I am trained in an experiential technique called "Emotionally Focused Therapy" that invites the couple to reengage, at an emotionally intimate level, rediscover the positive feelings they once had for one another, and at the same time, knowing oneself and one’s partner like they never had, deepening the marital bond.

Jenny holds a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College (’93) and Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law (’98). Jenny is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and grew up in Los Angeles.
