She is qualified to administer inventories and provide couples with specific feedback about strengths and potential issues.Personal therapy is a journey inward – an attempt to understand our feelings, longings, emotions and beliefs of which we may not be aware. If these parts of ourselves remain hidden our relationships can be negatively affected. When we increase our self awareness we gain a new understanding that can transform our relationships. This journey inward is often a painful and frightening process; yet at the same time exciting and enlightening. It is an honor for me to take this journey with you. I strive to create a safe place for you to explore your deepest feelings without judgment and it is important to me that you feel respected, secure and understood. To be invited into the depths of another person’s soul is a privilege.
Dawn graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and has completed a Masters of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. Dawn is also a member of Alpha Epsilon Lambda, for excellence in academic performance and community service.
